Job Title: Fulfillment Associate 

Job Description

In this role, you’ll be essential in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. This position collaborates closely with Production, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain seamless processes that reflect DPS Skis’ commitment to excellence.

What You Will Do:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while prioritizing workflow to meet deadlines.

Utilize the ERP system (IQMS) to manage order processing, including generating pick lists and completing shipments.

Maintain precise inventory management, including transfers and handling return authorizations.

Coordinate shipments with parcel carriers and freight companies for efficient delivery.

Assist with large orders and pallet shipments via freight services.

Participate in inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.

Support ski production tasks during slower periods, such as ski tuning, Phantom application, binding mounting, and skin cutting.

Keep workspaces clean and organized by following lean manufacturing principles.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support operations.

What You Will Bring:

GED or High School Diploma preferred.

Knowledge of ski equipment or experience in the winter sports industry is highly valued.

Forklift certification and prior manufacturing experience are a plus.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and computers, including ERP systems. 

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.

Familiarity with metric measurements and translating them into actionable tasks.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and eagerness to learn and grow within the

company.

What You Will Experience:

Work performed in a production environment with the need to stand for extended periods.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as face masks, gloves, and safety glasses (provided).

Frequent repetitive movements of hands, wrists, and fingers.

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds throughout the workday.

Extended periods of working at tables during shifts.

Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.

 Job Title: General Ski Production

 Job Description

Come join the team at our development and manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. In this role, you’ll be part of a hands-on production environment, manufacturing high-quality skis. We’re seeking motivated, adaptable individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a passion for craftsmanship to every project.

What You Will Do:

  • Operate a variety of machines after completing training and support production goals.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 What You Will Bring:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with metric measurements.
  • Able to work independently, adapt to changes, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and demonstrate a professional demeanor.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.

What You Will Experience:

This role is based in a production setting and requires:

  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Use of personal protective equipment, provided by DPS (e.g., facemasks, gloves, safety glasses).
  • Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements.
  • Lifting and moving items up to 60 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand and work over a table, handling materials as needed.
