Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Note: This position is not currently open for hiring. However, we anticipate the role will become available in the near future. We welcome interested candidates to submit their information. Job Description 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator to manage and elevate DPS Skis' and PHANTOM Glide's social media presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about skiing and the outdoor industry, with a knack for crafting engaging content that grows our online community. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create dynamic content, foster brand engagement, and stay ahead of social media trends in the outdoor industry.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that embody the DPS Skis and PHANTOM Glide brand.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to grow and engage our audience.
  • Manage social media accounts, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and engage with followers to build community.
  • Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors to create and promote authentic, branded content.
  • Track social media performance metrics, providing reports and actionable insights to optimize content and strategies.
  • Assist in seasonal campaign development, product launches, and sales promotions by creating compelling content.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support larger marketing initiatives, including email marketing and website content.

What You Will Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within outdoor or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong proficiency in major social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience with photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Passion for skiing and the outdoor industry, with an understanding of its culture.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • PREFERRED - Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform strategies.

What You Will Experience:

  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
  • Potential Hybrid work schedule.
  • Shop work may be required to fulfill sales requirements.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to occasionally move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.

 Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist


Job Description

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing all customer sales orders accurately and efficiently. This role interfaces daily with the Production, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

Prioritize and process customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.

Use the ERP system (IQMS) to manage order processing from pick lists to completed orders.

Ensure order accuracy by physically pulling products from inventory and packing according to DPS standards.

Interface with parcel carriers and freight forwarders to manage shipments.

Perform inventory transfers and maintain inventory accuracy.

Receive and process return authorizations and handle inbound/outbound shipments.

Assist the Supervisor with large orders and inventory transfers, including pallet

shipments via freight company.

Participate in inventory and cycle counts.

Perform shop work such as ski tuning, binding mounts, Phantom application, and skin cutting.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area and practice lean manufacturing principles.

Cross-train to assist in ski production departments during non-peak seasons.

Other duties as assigned.


What You Will Bring:

GED or High School Diploma (preferred).

High level of ski equipment and/or industry knowledge.

Previous forklift certification and manufacturing experience are pluses.

Experience with hand/power tools is a plus.

Proficiency with computers.

Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and adapt to change.

Ability to work with metric measurements.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

What You Will Experience:

Perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement.

Feel the attributes of objects, grasp, push, and reach with arms or hands.

Stand and work over a table.

Lift and carry varying objects which can weigh up to 70 pounds throughout the day.

 Job Title: Various Production and Ski Technician Openings

Type of Position:  Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)

General Description of Duties

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, DPS designs, manufactures and sells the world’s most advanced skis. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working with a small team in a demanding manufacturing environment where the highest level to attention and detail is required. A ski or snowboard enthusiast is a plus, as is a background in composites. Additionally, the successful candidate should be extremely detail-oriented with a strong desire to do their job perfectly. Must be able to lift 30 pounds from floor-to-table height on a regular basis and strive for constant improvement within yourself and the team. Ability to read and write in English is necessary. The anticipated and current work schedule is a four-day work week. DPS offers competitive wage and benefit packages.
