Job Title: Dealer Services Manager

Type of Position: Full-Time 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and train members of the dealer services department using best practices with regards to order management including: order entry, scheduling, confirmation, tracking and order edits.
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with dealers and independent rep teams on a prompt and regular basis.
  • Proactively communicate to dealers and sales teams all new sales opportunities and concerns that may impact product delivery.
  • Establish and maintain accurate AFS reporting and distribute as needed.
  • Manage, review and track all pre-season orders to ensure accurate commercial terms and delivery dates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong emotional Intelligence, exceptional Customer Service, and sales skill sets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, enthusiasm, and positivity.
  • Strong, direct, and eloquent written and verbal communications, including brand and product knowledge.
  • Competency with MS Excel, Word, and Google Docs, Sheets.  
  • Ability to meet deadlines and project timelines with all DPS departments, dealers and outside sales representatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain on-task in a fast paced work environment.
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • Season travel is required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of customer or dealer service experience required. 
  • Experience in the outdoor industry, snow sports is preferred.

Job Title: Dealer Services Coordinator 

Type of Position: Full-Time 

Responsibilities

This data entry and customer service position will be actively involved with each order through its life cycle, from order entry to allocation and delivery.  This position will also be active in supporting the brands and sales teams in North American and Europe, throughout the annual sales campaigns.  The DSC position is a great way to gain a deep understanding of the ski industry by building relationships with sales reps, dealers and actively participating in the operations of the company.

Major Functions

  • Order entry, using the DPS IQMS ERP system.
  • North American and European (assigned regions) dealer communications and order management.
  • Manage order confirmations to dealers and sales reps.
  • Assist with European warehouse management and logistics.
  • Manage product orders for the sales and marketing teams (samples and market seeding).
  • Rep demo ski fleet management and preparation.
  • Assist with trade shows and consumer events, preparation and attendance.

Requirements

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Type of Position: Full-Time 

Job Description

DPS Skis and PHANTOM Glide are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. This person will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. This position will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

Objectives of this Role

  • Formulate strategies and make decisions concerning functionality and design of our e-commerce platforms ensuring the framework generates revenue for both DPS Skis and PHANTOM Glide.
  • Lead global GTM marketing strategy for both DPS and PHANTOM Glide, DTC, Pro, and B2B sales channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing budget.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Drive and optimize email, social media, and event marketing
  • Work with sales to develop co-op marketing plan for retail

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Working in partnership with the creative director to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Manage external partners including digital ad agency, PR agency, and web development teams
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a marketing manager or similar role
  • 4 year Marketing or related degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Job Title: Various Production and Ski Technician Openings

Type of Position:  Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)

General Description of Duties

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, DPS designs, manufactures and sells the world’s most advanced skis. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working with a small team in a demanding manufacturing environment where the highest level to attention and detail is required. A ski or snowboard enthusiast is a plus, as is a background in composites. Additionally, the successful candidate should be extremely detail-oriented with a strong desire to do their job perfectly. Must be able to lift 30 pounds from floor-to-table height on a regular basis and strive for constant improvement within yourself and the team. Ability to read and write in English is necessary. The anticipated and current work schedule is a five-day week: Monday through Friday; 7 AM to 3 PM. DPS offers competitive wage and benefit packages.
