Job Title: PHANTOM Service Tech and Warranty Manager

As a Service Technician & Warranty Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the delivery of extraordinary products and service in a dynamic factory setting.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of ski service quality and safety within our fast-paced factory environment. You'll play a pivotal role in handling various aspects of ski maintenance, including mounting, tuning, repairing, and applying PHANTOM treatments. Your hands-on approach will ensure that DPS skis, bindings, and other equipment meet the expectations of our customers and uphold our brand's reputation for excellence. You'll also manage warranty claims, maintain inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do:
- Perform ski mounting, tuning, servicing, and repair tasks for in-house demo fleets, R&D, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) skis, bindings, PHANTOM treatments, and skins.
- Oversee the entire warranty claims process, from initial receipt to evaluation, shipping, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the quality and inventory of DPS's in-house national demo fleet to enhance the customer experience during testing opportunities.
- Take ownership of DTC shop work tickets, ensuring compliance with governing standards and interacting with IQMS fulfillment database for work orders.
- Demonstrate a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
- Utilize machinery to sharpen ski and snowboard edges, perform base work, tune-ups, maintenance, and equipment repairs.
- Skillfully adjust and mount bindings on new and used skis, adhering to skier's weight and ability requirements.
- Apply PHANTOM treatments using dedicated Cure Stations and in-house fleet processes.
- Review and update work orders, address customer concerns, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through light housekeeping duties.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician is required.
- Proven ski and/or snowboard tuning experience is essential.
- Comfort and familiarity with power tools and machines are necessary.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, time-sensitive, multi-tasked oriented environment.
- A working knowledge of products and trends within the ski and snowboard industry is preferred.
- Fluent communication skills in accurate spoken and written English are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with retail customers during the warranty process.
- Willingness to travel periodically to support wholesale and consumer events is preferred.

Job Title: Various Production and Ski Technician Openings
Type of Position: Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)
General Description of Duties
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, DPS designs, manufactures and sells the world’s most advanced skis. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working with a small team in a demanding manufacturing environment where the highest level to attention and detail is required. A ski or snowboard enthusiast is a plus, as is a background in composites. Additionally, the successful candidate should be extremely detail-oriented with a strong desire to do their job perfectly. Must be able to lift 30 pounds from floor-to-table height on a regular basis and strive for constant improvement within yourself and the team. Ability to read and write in English is necessary. The anticipated and current work schedule is a four-day work week. DPS offers competitive wage and benefit packages.
