Job Title: Dealer Services Manager

Department: Sales

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

OVERVIEW

The Dealer Services Manager will provide key support to our diverse global sales network—with over 500 of the world’s finest dealers as partners. The Dealer Services Manager will work with the Sales Director as the key point of contact for our North American Dealers and to actively support our North American and Oceanic sales reps, helping the reps to meet and exceed their sales quotas. The Dealer Services Manager will also manage invoicing and reporting, account credit lines, inbound payments, the accounts receivable team, and commercial invoices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and train other members of the dealer services department using best practices with regards to order management including: order entry, scheduling, confirmation, tracking and adjustments.

• Maintain regular and clear communication with dealers and independent rep teams on a regular basis.

• Oversight of all sales territories working in support of the independent rep teams and dealer service staff.

• Ensure all dealer/rep communications are addressed in a prompt, timely and professional manner.

• Provide training, assistance and direction as needed with the use of the IQMS ERP software platform.

• Proactively communicate to dealers and sales teams any issues that may impact product delivery.

• Work with dealers and rep teams to track and modify orders and maintain optimal delivery execution.

• Establish and maintain accurate AFS reporting and distribute where needed.

• Manage, review and track all pre-season orders to ensure on time delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated strong emotional Intelligence, exceptional Customer Service, and sales skill sets.

• Exceptional attention to detail, enthusiasm, and positivity.

• Strong, direct, and eloquent written and verbal communications, including brand and product knowledge.

• Competency with Excel, Word, and Google Docs.

• Ability to meet deadlines and project manage cross departmental staff and outside sales representatives.

• Demonstrated ability to remain on-task in a fast paced work environment.

• Bachelors Degree from accredited college. Prefer Marketing, Communications or Business emphasis.

• Some occasional travel is expected.

• Experience in the Outdoor Industry, experience with the sport and the Company’s core demographic is preferred.

Job Title: In-House Video Producer

Department: Marketing/Creative

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Type of Position: Part or Full-time

OVERVIEW

DPS Skis is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Video Producer. This is a part or full-time position (25-40hrs/week). As a Video Producer, you will be doing pre-production, production and post-production work creating video and photo content for DPS Skis.

Highly competitive candidates will have experience in any or all of the following areas of video and photo production (screenwriting; directing; camera operation; audio recording; post-production /editing; audio editing; color correction).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient with Adobe Premiere.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Setup and operation of camera equipment.

• Setup and operation of audio equipment.

• Setup and operation of studio lighting.

• Basic color grading skill set.

• Active involvement in the pre-production process.

• Ability to work in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.

• Excellent eye for good compositions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Strong organization skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Can handle critiques of work and remain ready and willing to make revisions.

Job Title: Global Sales Director

The Global Sales Director (GSD) will seek to immediately build upon a diverse global sales network—with over 500 of the world’s finest dealers as partners. The GSD will establish and execute the global growth strategy emphasizing the full spectrum of DPS’ product offering, for the Company’s multi-channel distribution network, developing plans to deliver revenue and profit targets by country and channel. Meanwhile, the GSD will ensure that the company continues to offer the best possible support for its customers and that the global sales team vigorously represents the Company’s values and professionalism appropriately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a comprehensive multi-channel global sales strategy that fosters brand strength, growth objectives, and margin discipline.

• Champion key account relationships and strategy.

• Direct all international distributor partners and explore and create new partnership opportunities.

• Oversee technical and customer service aspects for all sales channels.

• Develop annual and monthly sales plans in coordination with the Company’s annual strategic objectives.

Type of Position: Seasonal, Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)


General Description of Duties

DPS manufactures and sells snow skis to customers and dealers alike, worldwide. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working with a small team in a demanding manufacturing environment where the highest level to attention and detail is required. A ski or snowboard enthusiast is a plus, as is a background in composites. Additionally, the successful candidate should be extremely detail-oriented with a strong desire to do their job perfectly. Must be able to lift 30 pounds from floor-to-table height on a regular basis. Ability to read and write in English is necessary. Ability to work with metric measurements is desirable. The anticipated and current work schedule is a four-day week: Monday through Friday; 6:15 AM to 4 PM. DPS offers incentive pay plus a competitive wage.

General Description of Duties

The DPS Europe sales team is recruiting dynamic product aficionados who are looking for a fast paced, collaborative work environment to build the most profitable relationships possible with each retailer in the market.

 

Major Functions 

+ Actively service existing retailers through strategic partnership initiatives, deliver best-in-class clinic training events, present new product lines and business relationship opportunities in engaging and unique ways at a diversity of events.

+ DPS’ primary goal is to drive sell through in a profitable way for every partner. Each rep is tasked with driving sell through at their retailer partners at full margin, driving sell through for the brand in accordance with forecast, and managing the utilization and placement of sample and demonstration products.

+ Meet territory forecasting needs and achieve quarterly sales requirements, driven by distribution maturation with existing and prospect retailers.

+ Host demo events

+ Attend and coordinate regional and international trades shows.

 

Work Experience Requirements

 

+ Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience as a sales representative or as an outdoor buyer at specialty outdoor retailer, with very strong and established relationships across a diversity of retailers in the territory.

+ Fluency in English along with Native Language.

+ Strong, dynamic, personality with a highly developed emotional intelligence for others.

+ Must be highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and energetic individual, capable of “rolling with the punches” and excited to meet every new challenge as an opportunity to do something new.

+ Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Applications), and demonstrated affinity to learning new computer systems.

 

Education Requirements

 

+ Bachelors degree in Business/Sales or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

 

Physical and Travel Requirements

The candidate must be able to:

+ Work evenings and weekends during seasonal periods of heavy workload, including events, travel, and deadlines.

+ Sit and use a personal computer for long periods of time.
