DPS skis carry a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship that applies soley to the skis’ orginal owner.
While we try to make our skis as durable as possible, the warranty does not cover abnormal rock or rail damage. If you have a warranty claim, please give us a ring at +1.801.413.1737 or email techsupport@dpsskis.com.
Upon obtaining a return authorization number, we ask that you ship your skis to us at your cost (instructions issued with return authorization number). Once your warranty claim is reviewed and confirmed, we will repair or replace your skis at no cost, and cover ground/economy return shipment.
*All warranty exchanges must be done for the identical ski, shape, and flex that was originally purchased.
