I recently received a message from our South American rep, Claudio Iglesias, (who spends February through April as a heli guide in Haines, AK) and the flip season in Chile. This summer (winter in Chile), the world champion and Olympic medalist Canadian para-alpine skier, Kimberly Joines sticks with the DPS Lotus 120 as her powder ski of choice in Valle Nevado. Even though she was locked in a super tight training schedule down in Chile, she laments, "I'm sorry I did not get to enjoy it (the powder) more." Kimberly, you skied more powder than me this summer, so kudos to that! Glad the 120 served her well. Wishing her the best in this year's races...
